what we collect
Your phone number (hashed for lookup, encrypted for verification), your first name, your age, and your quiz answers. That's it. No email. No photos. No location.
what we don't collect
We don't know if you sent the message. We don't know if they opened the link. We don't track read receipts, delivery status, or whether anyone acted on a result. That information doesn't exist in our system because we deliberately don't build it.
how we use your data
Your phone number is used to verify your identity and match you with the right person. Your answers are used to generate a verdict. Your name is shown to the other person only after both of you have completed the quiz.
ai
We use AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate the verdict text, date ideas, and suggested messages. Your quiz answers are sent to this service to generate results. No personal information (name, phone number) is sent to the AI.
sms
We use Twilio to send verification codes to your phone number. We never send unsolicited messages. The only SMS you'll receive is the code you requested.
sharing
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. The only third parties that touch your data are Twilio (phone verification) and Anthropic (verdict generation).
blocking
You can block any phone number from settings. If someone blocks you, you'll never know — the app behaves exactly the same. That's by design.
deletion
Delete your account from settings and everything goes immediately. Your profile, your answers, your results — all gone. We keep a hash of your number in a suppression list so existing blocks still work, but nothing else.
